Application Process
If you are interested in any of the positions listed below please Fill out an application. We will e-mail the interview schedule after after reviewing your application. All employment offers will be in writing and sent by regular mail after the selection process has been completed.

Positions
POOL MANAGER - Managers operate and maintain each club's facilities in a safe and efficient manner. Managers are responsible for the daily operation of the club including scheduling, supervision of staff, and the enforcement of pool rules and regulations.

Qualifications: Current Montgomery County Swimming Pool Operator's License, Lifeguard Training (Red Cross or other County approved course), and Adult/Child/Infant CPR.


ASSISTANT MANAGER - Assistant Managers assist the manager in the operation of each facility. Assistant Managers assist with training, scheduling and supervision of staff, and the enforcement of rules and regulations of the club.

Qualifications: Current Montgomery County Swimming Pool Operator's License, Lifeguard Training (Red Cross or other County approved course), and Adult/Child/Infant CPR.


LIFEGUARD - Lifeguards are responsible for the safety of club members. Lifeguards assist the managers in the daily operation and maintenance of each facility along with the enforcement of pool rules and regulations.

Qualifications: Current Lifeguard Training (Red Cross or other County approved course) and Adult/Child/Infant CPR.


SWIM COACHES - The swim coaches are responsible for the development and administration of the competitive swim team for all club members.

Qualifications: Current Montgomery County Swimming Pool Operator's License, Lifeguard Training (Red Cross or other County approved course), Adult/Child/Infant CPR, along with familiarity with competitive swimming.


DESK ATTENDANTS - The desk attendants control access to each club. They greet and check in all members and their guests, answer telephones and handle reservations for special events.


Locations
We offer a wide variety of pools throughout Montgomery County. Please indicate on the application the area(s) most convenient to you.

Bonuses & Incentives
Lifeguards are eligible for an hourly bonus based on a minimum number of hours worked. Managers can receive an end of year bonus upon meeting company criteria. Any employee who refers another lifeguard/manager will receive $12.00 after new employee works 100 hours.

Courses
LIFEGUARD TRAINING: The prerequisite course to becoming a lifeguard is offered several times throughout the summer season. This Red Cross course includes lifeguarding, first aid and CPR. Please contact us in May to inquire about class times and locations.

CPR - In addition to being a part of the lifeguard training course, CPR is offered several times throughout the summer season for new certification and renewals. Please contact us in May to inquire about class times and locations.


SWIMMING POOL OPERATORS: This course is required prior to taking the county's test for a Swimming Pool Operator's License. Other requirements for the Operator's License include: minimum age of 17 and a minimum of 500 hours of lifeguarding experience. This class is offered once prior to the season (late May) and again during the summer season. An Operators renewal class is also available for those who currently hold an Operator's License.
